okay so there was this guy at school and at the beginning of the year he asked me out as a dare. I said no but then after he started acting like he liked me and even my friends thought so but he was like one of my best friends. At the end of the year he ignored me and i dont know why. any advice?

wow...so weird, cause I'm going through nearly the same thing!!
Ask him why he isn't talking to you, and come straight out and ask him if he likes you. you never know what he might say.
