toki, whats ur stance on serial killer ocs? where is the line drawn? in fact, with ocs that murder and physically hurt people general, how do you keep yourself in check to not go "overboard" with them?

I'm mainly indifferent to serial killer OCs since so many of my OCs fall under the term 'serial killer' (The term applies to people with three or more kills, but there's a lot of disagreement and all that but we'll just use this definition for the term for now)
It honestly depends on the universe your OC resides in! Let's take my OC Yukari in my Liar Liar universe for instance. She is a serial killer, with 10+ confirmed kills. Obviously this is ridiculous, impossible, and she'd be caught and trialed immediately since the kills were all confirmed to take place at the same school, and not only that, several people (Nao, mainly) have known about the murders, but didn't care enough to intervene... The Liar Liar universe is almost a parody of the world we live in, in the fact that there is literally little to no rules, and is a world where people are born with naturally blue, green or pink hair naturally.
On the other hand, my magical girl universe follows more "real world" rules, as in, anyone caught killing will be caught, trialed, and/or executed! Killing, murdering, is heavily looked down upon and mostly how people feel about in universe are similar to our own. Whether you feel your OC in particular is "going overboard" really depends on the rules set up in your universe.
Think about your "in-universe" rules. Do you feel it is unreasonable that this OC is getting away with 3 or more murders? Do you feel it is necessary that this OC go around killing people? Why are they doing this? The more unreasonable reason for killing is, perhaps you should tone it down. (Keep Disproportionate Retribution in mind: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DisproportionateRetribution) Remember, while in real life not all people have a reason for doing what they do, it's a hard and fast rule that most of your OCs should have some type of reason for doing what they do....

Idk if someone has asked ou this before but is Zuku from North or South Mexico? The way people talk and do some things like eating it's very different in that sense soooo... (i love Zuku btw he's my son) <3

I would leave it up to interpretation (as I haven't looked it up enough myself to be absolutely sure where his relatives would reside-- other than his immediate family of course--) But I don't want to leave you hanging, so from looking it up briefly, I would say South Mexico, I'll definitely look it up more in depth and get back to you though!

ahh sorry i meant yami !!!!!!!! im so sorry i have memory issues

LMAO, it's cool, I got what you meant, no worries my dude

thank you so much for the yukari count comic !!!! its so cute and it makes me so happy !!

not a problem, my dude, I'm glad you enjoy it! Their interactions are probably one of my more favorites out of my own OCs!

Would you find it creepy or weird to constantly receive fan art from one artist? Like even if it was on a weekly basis, because they obsess over your OCs almost as much as you do. I just learned that there's this "unspoken rule" that you should space fan art by a few months to a year.

No, not really? I'd be more flattered really, but I guess it depends where you posted it? I don't check that many social media sites frequently anymore (tumblr, deviantart, I don't even check my twitter feed as often as I should...) so even if you did post it, I might not see it depending on where it is... Thanks for asking though, haha, I'm sure some people would mind, although I wasn't aware there was an "unspoken rule" about it haha. You do you, my dude.

Is it bad that based on some of your recent tumblr posts, I've started shipping both Yukari and Tohru, as well as Yami and Count? I mean I feel kinda horrible for that, because Yukari is the only one I know has dated the gender I'm shipping. But I can't stop shipping...

No, not really, people are free to ship whatever they want and to be real, it's hard not to since I'm churning out this content, lmao! But for the record, Yukari is bisexual, Count is pansexual, Tohru is Homoromantic Asexual (for the most part, it's flexible I think) and Yami is straight up gay, she is gay, forever.

Thank you SO much for answering my question about the sexual abuse backstory. You've convinced me to change it since you made me realize that I didn't ever really go farther into it than maybe one chapter. You made me realize that I had unwittingly had it there just for shock value. Thank you.

No problem anonymous. I'm glad I was able to change your mind, hopefully you'll find a better and more fitting backstory for your protagonist. I'm here if you want to bounce back ideas!
It's very hard to write stories without falling into decade old tropes, but there are some which are deeply ingrained in us that we input into our stories without thinking, not all tropes are bad, but you have to look back and think, What are you saying with your stories? What will people take from this story? Putting in things like 'Rape as a Plot Device' tells the audience that you view rape a story telling element and nothing more, if the event turns out to be the fuel for another protagonist (I have to avenge her!) it isn't even about her anymore, it's just a story element where female suffering is just man pain fuel, and that's not what you want. I'm sure this isn't how you feel, but that's what your story would imply. I tend to think very deeply about what people take from my stories, but in the end, what really matters is that it is important to you. Not all stories have to have some sort of deep meaning or good end to it!
Anyways this got longer than I had intended, but cheers! Good luck in your story!

Can Zuku taste anything at all anymore? If not, does he miss the flavor of certain things or does it just make him less picky?

Kenna Henderson
He can't taste things unless it's very extreme in taste (so think the Death option on spicy food menus) He does miss the taste of his family's cooking and Sosokusa's sandwiches but he's learned to adjust, since he can't really taste anything unless it's extreme in taste, he mainly just takes supplements since he doesn't feel too much joy from eating anymore.

So you said on Twitter that Denzen McFedora's best friend is his mom... If he is a misogynist, how does that affect his relationship with his mom?

I feel like him being a meninist would be like a huge hint for how he treats his mother in canon, and if you wanted to know, it's basically, badly. It's sad really.
