drink water, check facebook, check twitter, check other sns, check phone inbox, prep music, fluff pillow, lay down, hug teddy bear, close my eyes, think of what I want to dream about, drift to sleep. it takes me aprox. 2 hours before I could actually sleep. hahahaha.
