Thank you, but like what training do you do? I always get so motivated then lose it :/

I go for runs, do my mums bootcamp sessions, start of slow and build your way up. The easiest way to lose motivation is by doing it all straight away, start with training 3 times a week and move it up to 5 when you start seeing change or think you're ready xx

What habit that others have annoys you most?

People that stare at me whilst I'm eating hahahahaha it annoys and scares me, so I just don't eat in public anymore haha

What do you eat and what exercises do you do? How can I stick to it?

Everything healthy, have a 'cheat' meal once every 2 weeks so you're body gets used to the change and try to train 5 days a week :) easy, think of it as a lifestyle change not a diet :)

Do you care if Daniel got jealous of you and this boy?

Don't really care, his apparently seeing someone so why would he be jealous? Hahaha

Him - I thinks it's bullshit, if two people can't be friends then wow. Immature fucks. Oh well she has me that's all that matters
