Sorry I misspoke, but in asking about stereotypes, I was referring to "feets don't fail me now", a phrase commonly associated with minstrel shows and blackface. I was just wondering if you were aware of that connection and what your thoughts on it were.

I think once Herbie Hancock uses it, it's fair game.

I'm not trying to be antagonistic but I'm genuinely curious. What motivated you to reference an archaic and denigrating stereotype in naming your 13A LP? Is it possible for enough time to pass to make comments like that "okay"?

I see nothing wrong with "One Unique Thread; Let's Play The 13th Age with Rogue Elements [VLP + MP3s]" as a whole, or in any of its parts. Instead I'm just kind of confused right now.

have you ever wanted to be a woman?

Not in general, but it would be mega rad to switch with a few specific ones.

Have you ever encountered anything/anyone that made you sad or cry inexplicably? If so, what/who was it?

Imagine for a moment, that FATAL was not release in 2002. Instead, fast-forward to today, where it's released to the RPG public for the first time? How differently might RPGs have progressed? How would people react to it now as opposed to back then?

A few people would insist its satire and it would sell 0 copies. RPG development would go the same exact way because nobody was ever influenced by FATAL.

So I was awake in bed really late last night and I got to thinking about a new wave of LPs, Dads Play. From what I can recall it would be like an LP but the players would all be dads and all they know going into a game is how to work a controller. Their commentary would be dad issues and games.

I hope you like Star Trek chat because I already have a dad in mind.

So, I hear you like to do it on the tabletop?

Yes, but I often settle for doing it over a skype call instead.

Okay, here's a real cyborg question. Horrible accident beyond normal repair, do you chose a fake civilian cyborg body like Raiden had or to be pumped full of nanomachines like Armstrong?

I'm not sure there's any such thing as a "real cyborg question", at least not one that uses MGR:R as a reference point.

After watching the Outlast: Whistleblower stream and the naked machete guy's junk, I had a revelation. The problem with video game penises is not just that straight male developers spend all day drawing tits, it's that they don't respect the work put into drawing a properly formed, phallic beauty.

Dicks are too funny to be in a horror game.

Who's your favourite 13A npc so far?

My favorites are always going to be the ones I had the most fun playing. The recent Ettin's bickering heads were fun to do, I thought there was some real drama when Corporal Lance was getting interrogated but none of the players seemed that into it, coming up with profane-but-not-gross rituals for the High Priest of Asmodeus was a fun challenge, and Gilder and Slamby are the best kinds of comic asshole.

A crazy man with a robot arm cuts you apart, and you need a new cyborg body. Would you take the bald-headed body with the barcode on the temple, or one of the millions of surplus mustache cop bodies they have available?

Now that we know you wear glasses, are you far-sighted, near-sighted, or compound arthropod eyed?

On a clear day you can see forever.

So in other news, the Eclipse Phase writers got sick and tired of MRA bullshit and banned them from their forums. Hopefully we see more game designers and RPG moderators taking this stance in the future. :)

Look at how intolerant these hypocrites are, coming out and saying misogyny in a hat isn't what they want from their fans. They say they want equality, but then call out people who don't? What gives! The gall of them to have this inconsistent worldview where they disagree with some people and agree with others depending on their opposed worldviews.
My favorite part of that forum thread is the guy who registers to say "In reality if all feminists cared about actual equality there would be no need for MRA." This reality you have described is also known as the reality in which we live.

Is Gibnaf still friend of crab?
