What’s the best way to learn a new language?
We'll I took Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 in high school. And it helped me out. So I would say by taking a language class in which the language you would like to speak. And study everyday for at least an hour.

Me along with everyone around this world who like to enjoy their life everyday. It's a breath of fresh air. You see sooooo many faces. And you see so many yellow taxis lol. But it's defiantly a nice place to live in, or take a vacation spot to.
