Um I'm a 17 year old girl and I weigh 8.5 stone, I know how to get abs and how to lengthen my muscles but what weight of weighs would you recommend that would tones arms and shoulders but wouldn't me me look a a creepy woman bodybuilder?

You are the same as me :) I just cut out fizzy drinks :) I didn't really do many exercises this year only last year~ but I did sit ups :)

It basically is a person fallen in the floor in despair xD
For example " I have almost finished my Cosplay, but I ran out of the fabric and the store isn't open .. ORZ" xD

I hate to break it to you but Kyary Pamyu Pamyu lip sinc at her live performances

I know she does :) but it's not her singing live I go for :) it's to hear the music load, to see her, to see y friends, to wear Cosplay, to see the outfits, the set and more~! The atmosphere and to see my fashion idol :)
