Jeez man I dunno. I don't know enough of your symptoms to help! If it's a cold, I'd go with some sort of Tylenol Sinus and maybe some Delsym for a cough. If it's a really BAD cold, try Mucinex with some old fashioned plain Tylenol. Good luck!
