Loved your US photos. How much was it/ was it expensive to rent your Accent & was that the best way to get around?

It wasn't cheap because we were hit with an underage fee and bought insurance etc. But it was totally worth it, I don't know how we couldv'e done LA without a car! Essential in that city - Tash x

I live in the kuringai council! :) how are oyu finding the north shore? have you been up to much here?

I live in Wahroonga and it's nice up here - very safe and friendly neighbourhood and environment, just a bit isolated and not feeling like you're in civilization (also the lack of street lamps and having to drive to the nearest train station/grocery store cos nothing is in walking distance). I'm getting used to it though, it was definitely a massive change! - L

lucia! how do you get such gorgeous waves in your hair? i think i have the same kind of hair that you do but i can't seem to get it the way i want

I actually never do anything to it! I don't really brush it (and get made fun of not owning a brush ha!) and it tends to just get into a messy state as I literally just roll out of bed and half the time am not bothered to fix it. But I do have a straightener that I will occasionally use to make it slightly wavy... If you want really nice natural waves, try using sea salt spray and do some curls with an iron but tie your hair up in a bun so they're rather messy and not in ringlets - L

they should be still available on sale in H&M stores... I got them in NYC for $10, true story! - L

Hi! Thanks so much, I want to do a blog post on it soon but it probably won't be soon cos we have heaps lined up for the blog already ha! I collect alot of the things in my room over the past few years - like just random seashells, postcards and picking flowers from my garden. I also browse alot online to see if I like anything to put in my room - interior design photos are my guilty pleasure. - L

America didn't cost as much as everyone thought, haha. What was mostly eating our money was literally food - simply cos we couldn't cook! We've been working through our high school years so we definitely had some money built up and a good reason to spend it :) - L

Do you guys know of any good places to get formal/graduation dresses and shoes? I love the white pair in your latest instagram pic.. may I ask where they're from? xxx

I like to browse online for formal shoe shopping simply because the chain stores stock masses of shoes in formal season and those who leave it to the last minute will snatch a pair, so there's a chance of rocking up with the same pair. Try boutiques likes Solestruck and SENSO always have funky ones - also don't underestimate eBay (which is where I got the white ones from), you just have to have the patience to search! - L

We actually find it difficult to put on weight! We gained a few kilos each in the US due to moving about and being active everyday (imagine walking those NYC blocks!) but now that we are back in our old routines, we've shed those kgs! - L

I suffer from procrastination majorly if I need to get something done that I know I will not enjoy! When it comes to doing things I like, I won't be distracted by anything! - L

Hi there! We have some great larger sizes in vintage but our Spring collection has size choices so hopefully you can get something you like in your size :) - L

What type of photo editing software do you use? Thoughts on Aperture, Lightroom and Photoshop?

I've used Photoshop ever since I was 14 so it's definitely a recommendation from me - I think I went through 3-4 versions of it! I have never tried Aperture, but Lightroom I have used and it is really amazing and easy! - L

what make up brands do you guys use?

I primarily use Maybelline because I get alot of their new stuff as I do some social media stuff for them. Their mascaras and lip colour are the ultimate best. Tash is a massive Benefit freak fan and we both use Loreal Paris liquid foundation - L

hey girls, for your online store, did you have to buy your domain name or did you pay someone to set it up? or did you have to html code it all? i want to sell my knitted items online but not through ebay or etsy, any advice? xxx

We did buy the domain and I just coded the website! Try using a site like bigcartel if you wanna start small! - L

I know Tash would choose Japan! Thailand is actually next on my traveling list - their beaches and scenery are amazing from the stories I've heard... literally a photogenic heaven! - L
