I need an advice about working out and shit. Everyday, as in literally everyday, I'm unmotivated to workout. I eat a lot too but I'm not fat. How to deal with my laziness and katakawan? Huhubells

You don't have to do anything about your katakawan. As long as it's not causing any health problems then go lang girl. I personally don't diet. As for working out, I FEEL YOUUUU. But from personal experience, the only way to get over it is just to get over yourself, grab a jug of water, spread a mat on the floor, put some power jamz on, and start exercising! Just do it. Ganern. It helps to have a pre-made list of moves/reps you want to achieve, or get an app like Nike Training Club, and just keep going until you finish your goal. At least 15 mins is ideal. And that's it! After that, you'll feel awesome. Keep at it lang and after a few days you'll be hooked

Paano workout routine mo?

5 mins cardio cuz SHET di ko kaya, yoga warmup, crunches (5 variations), squats, 30-45 mins of whatever I feel like doing on NTC, then 5lb weights stuff (I am a weakling)

FYI I don't shop every week, and most of the time it's with baon I've saved up or money I earned from personal projects, and I rarely, as in /rarely/ buy stuff that's not on sale. Occasionally my parents treat me, and I'm grateful for that, but it's not all the time. Don't make assumptions about anyone's wealth

Not sure! Not many. The ones I have in rotation at the moment are my Vans Sk8-Hi's, Nike SB Kostons, White Converse Low-tops, lace-up H&M booties, Docs, and Pampa-Hi's from Palladium

hmmm yes-ish? i'm a slow reader but i always, always have a book in my bag. favorite so far is the night circus by erin morgenstern. i could read it over and over and over again
