Hi! Gather your influences + improve your life drawing. A good way to start is by finding good illustrators you want to emulate. When I started really getting into drawing, I was obsessed with the work of artists like Jillian Tamaki and Kali Ciesemier. I decided I wanted to draw more like they did, so I studied their techniques, and once I did that, I put them into practice! From there, I got a sketchbook and sketched actual people (from life or pictures) to practice anatomy/shading/etc, while trying to apply the techniques I learned at the same time. I'm still doing this up to now and trying to get better, but since I started I can say my drawings definitely look WAY nicer than they did before. Think of sketching as exercise: you never stop but you get better and better as you go along :)

I get baon daily but I only ever spend 3/4 of it in a day (most of the time). Whatever is left over at the end of the day I keep aside

I'm am the worst person you can ask about that haha I cram and procrastinate like it ain't no thang! I guess just try to avoid distractions and get it in your head that you need to hustle. Try to get everything that needs to be done, done.

marvel comics or DC comics?
I don't keep up with Marvel and DC tbh (besides seeing the movies and owning a couple trades) - I'm an Image & Vertigo kinda gal - but I think Marvel's a lot more progressive in terms of diversity and pushing gender barriers (black Capt. America, female Thor, female muslim heroine Ms. Marvel) + the cinematic universe is already on to Phase 3 so hello0o0o0o
