A few days ago I tried to sleep early and I succeeded but unfortunately I will wake up around 12 to 1 am and I tried to continue sleeping but did not succeed because when I woke up, I felt a headache. So sometimes I do not sleep until morning.so can you give me any suggestions what can I do?
i think you're asking the wrong person but melatonin and sleeping pills used to help me. and dont take naps throughout the day.
