What is something you have lost, that you wish you could get back?

The ignorance of what smegma is.

What made you want to start LPing?

Believe it or not, LPing wasn't my idea to begin with, it was Ape's. He had bought a Dazzle and we knew each other from some other forum that wasn't SA and he asked me if I wanted to do one. I said sure and we did a very awful, horribly embarrassing LP of Star Fox 64 which he has since deleted off the internet for being the worst thing we ever made. We basically had no idea what we were doing and it was a huge clusterfuck with forced jokes, multiple takes, and little to no editing on his part. Our commentary was done with CALLGRAPH, for god's sake.
I had fun either way and bought a Dazzle of my own, but a few aborted attempts at an LP later I instead bought a Happauge and we did Tools of Destruction, which while bad from a technical standpoint (for me at least), wasn't nearly as awful as that Star Fox 64 one was. I've toyed with the idea of doing my own Star Fox 64 LP a few times, but I'm not good enough at the game to do it the way I'd want to do it, so it'll probably never happen.

what pizza is best in life

Grimaldi's in Brooklyn. Coal oven baked, really thin crust, it's REALLY good. Expect a half-hour line if you're not on some sort of pizza tour like I was, though.

What's the coolest thing you've ever seen in a museum?

The nerd in me wants to say a 20-sided die used by the Romans, but I'm gonna have to go with a Lunar Lander.

Are antismoking ads effective?

Haha nooooo (i dont smoke but i know for a fact those ads dont do shit)

So I dunno what jar of worms this might open, but I have to ask since I can't check - What on Earth is the LP Blasting Zone?

It's a silly thread for silly people to argue silly things about LP. Most everyone there takes it all way too seriously when LP is just supposed to be a fun, laid back thing to do with buds.

Do you think you're brave?

Man I can't even LOOK at a wasp without turning into a weeping mess.

What role does television play in your life and the life of your family?

The wacky son who gets into all sorts of hijinx.

What motivates you?

Crushing my enemies, seeing them driven before me, and hearing the lamentation of their women.

Should schools offer cash bonuses for good test scores?

I think that not getting money for good test scores is a good indicator of how the real world works.

When you go to a movie, do you like to sit in the back, middle, or front?

Not quite the middle, but not quite the front. That nebulous area between them is prime movie real estate and is the main reason why I always show up 30 minutes early to a movie.

What made your day today?

The rising of the sun, the conversion of oxygen into carbon dioxide, the consumption of edible food, and the movement of muscles.

Well, how about older games you'd recommend then? I've been really looking for things to play recently, my backlog's running dry (at least in terms of stuff I *want* to play)

Any of the God of War games, but I hold that 3 is the best of them. Batman Arkham Asylum and City are fantastic and are everything older Assassin's Creed games want to be. I believe I have gone on record saying that Metal Gear Solid 3 is my favorite game of all time. 3D Dot Game Heroes is a fun little title if you like the 2D top down Zelda games. Saints Row 2 and 3 are amazing, and 4 seems just as great. InFamous 1 and 2 are really good but are kinda showing their age.

The Coach Z quote was from a HR song called 'Hip-Hop Dance'. (i know this isn't a question i tried to form it into a question but failed)

Oh that's right. okay.

So you've been playing a lot of games recently - Anything in particular you'd recommend, specifically newer PS3 games?

Newer PS3 games is tricky, because if it also comes out on PS4 I'm going to get it on the PS4. If you don't have a PS4, get Ground Zeroes. What little I played of it is amazing and worth the price. Of course I'm also going to recommend Into the Nexus, but it really is the best Ratchet game since Crack in Time. The Last of Us is great, too. Really, it's hard recommending new games since most games I've been playing are older ones on my backlog.

Can love bloom on the battlefield between organophobic robot scientists and dim-witted pseudo galactic heroes?

Dude don't spoil the plot to Mass Effect 4.

What famous people were born in your city?

I'm not sure about born, but in the city I grew up in Kathy Lee Gifford graduated there.
No, not Annapolis MD, Bowie MD, she lies about being from Annapolis and my mom has the yearbook to prove it.

What do you like on your pizza?

I'm boring and usually just have a plain cheese pizza, though if I'm feeling particularly adventurous that day I'll put on some Philly steak.

What do you think people should do more often?

Agree to sit down and civilly talk to each other without interruptions on things they disagree about. Not trying to prove the other person is wrong or anything, but explain why they feel that way. In the end neither person's opinion will likely change, but they'll get a better understanding of the other side.
