Why are you such a pro in cooking and whipping up healthy dishes!! Where did you learn and get all those info of food?

Aw this is really flattering thank you! I just play around with the specifications of what do/do not eat and just have fun in the kitchen. There's really no secret to it, some days I would come up with completely new creations and some days I'd take an old family recipe and tweak it to become a healthier choice. You just have to be flexible and open to options! Sometimes the weirdest things can turn out great. A lot of what I make in the kitchen was taught by my mum, she covered basics with me and over the many weekends of cooking together we found and created loads of recipes that were better nutritionally as well as taste wise.
Prior to my lifestyle change I did loads of reading from recipe books (library and mum's collection) and from the net. It took a whole lot of time at first but it's so worth it! I also enjoy a good cooking show (reality or otherwise), so I guess that's where I saw the flair of cooks and picked up a couple of things as well. YouTube has great videos too.
