In my opinion it sounds and looks edible. Apparently its light and only $200... Good for its price i guess. I've thought about this lens before, but i really want the 35 haha. idk, 40mm is pretty similar to 50mm? If you cant get a few primes then id say go for the zoom (dependswhatyouneed) iverunout
yeah! I think it's probably better getting the 35mm because yeah it's more of a difference than the 50, though kind of want to get the 40mm still

er the 35mm has little distortion but i hate how its only has 8? aperture blades (not as good for bokeh) - You know about crop ratios right? the 35 (on a 1.6x camera/50mm for full frame) has a field of view closer towhattheeyesees(for cinematography)butsinceyoureintophotography, zoommightbebetter -S

the 24-70 isnt that bad but i also would recommend the EF 35mm f1.4 L :P or if you can afford, the Leica 50mm Noctilux f0.95 haha ~S.

I use the simple template with with white background and black titles
What aperture setting do you use?
um again this varies on the lighting, but I like it keep it a low number like 1.4 to 3 when I'm shooting in normal daylight I guess???? YOU CAN'T ASK ME THESE QUESTIONS it changes and I don't keep track of it much but I think that's what I use
