Cuz of my diet supplement so I don't feel really hungry... actually past few days I have been eating about 700-800 calories only leh. Really don't have the urge to eat!!
Anyway you can still eat as per normal, but DONT eat rice/noodles/bread etc cuz they will really make you fat! Cut down on ur carbohydrates ;)

Top priority now is definitely my studies. I don't wanna disappoint my parents/family and myself again.
