Are people always worth forgiveness?
Yes, it doesn't matter what they've done. There's a difference between forgiving and forgetting. I'll forgive someone, but I won't forget what they did. But you know you have completely forgiven someone when you don't hold the mistake against them. It may stay in the back of your head, but forgiveness means you don't bring it back up. If you ever bring it up in an argument or out of anger, you haven't completely forgiven them.
Would you give someone a second chance of forgiveness for something they did terribly wrong to you?
Yes, everyone deserves forgiveness. It might take some time to forgive the person, depending on what they did, but they still deserve forgiveness. Every person is only human, making mistakes is inevitable. If I made a mistake I would hope the person would forgive me just like I would forgive them.
