Go see in Surah Al-asr Verse 1 - 3... Being Muslim is not a guarantee of heaven, and being non-Muslim is not a guarantee of hell. Human beings are not allowed to judge whether any person is going to heaven or not. And in Surah Al-Bayyinah Verse 6, you might note that that all the kaafirs ( Non muslims ) who hear the message of the Prophet (P.B.H) and do not enter Islam will go to Hell...
