Idk man, when you get out of like middle school and high school those labels stop existing.
Like yeah obviously there are like sorority girls at my college and all that, but the only reason I'd know that is they're wearing shirts with Greek letters on them.
When you get out of school and all of that, the labels and all of that will go away pretty quickly and anyone who still hangs onto them will be seen as a childish idiot.
