I always try to address the issue, at least if I'm mentally ready for it. Some issues I'm not ready yet, and I'll stay curled into my emotional ball for awhile, until I'm ready. But when I'm ready, I'm definitely ready-- if I don't take care of it soon, I'll start getting really anxious and paranoid about it.
