How to lose weight? I eat clean and work out but just can't lose weight :( did I hit a plateau? Your body is so beautiful!

Change the eating habits.
Change the exercise as well.
Your body gets used with your lifestyle.
Try unusual diet - I can suggest you Winter diet - it is healthy and made by dietitians. You eat all day, but only 1 type of food. Next day - another food. Have a try!😉
