How many days a week would you say you should workout when taking protein powders?
Idk. If taking protein powders then everyday.
I was doing some research and I heard %100 whey is good to loose weight. but it is depending if you are trying to loose weight or gain muscle. I use my protein shakes in the morning for breakfast with a banana or i'll have it after my workout. i do it for two weeks and I change up my routine. :) hope this helps

I stopped using protein powders now,cause I need to buy some,but I used them after every workout I did when I had em,wich was every other day.honestly better ask at the gym you go to,or do some research they'll give you a better advise about which ones and when to use em))
