I play video games, I take a deep breathe, I read, I watch TV, and just remind myself its not worth getting upset. Sometimes life happens, sometimes it hurts, but getting angry hurts yourself more than anything because you either lash out at yourself or at those around you. Anger can be a healthy motivator but it can also be a very toxic thing as well.
Haha, I wanted to be a professional wrestler when I was a tiny one until my foot became a constant problem. I am a substitute teacher and that works for me right now, though I've been considering some sort of other things lately. Unfortunately I'm drawn to so many things that do not pay the bills.
