1) Dont Try to be better than the giy next to you, Try to be the best version of yourself
2) eat, nutrition is the key
3)dont rush it, enjoy the process

how long do u train for arms in the gym?

i did it twice a week last time when it was my weak point but now i only do it once a week

how would you respond, if someone who's been in the fitness industry for a very long time happens to tell you that you can't get anywhere far with your passion?

hmmmm, i know I'm a nobody but I'm where i am today due to all the people who said i could never make it. I would still continue the path Im on, at least when i die i know i tried my best to achieve my goals
