I was hesitant about answering this question. Because if I say I never judge, then Im a liar; and if I say I do, then Im a terrible person. So here is my answer:
After doing years of psychotherapy, I tend to analyse people without realising it. So, I guess I do judge most people by first impressions. But I think that is in human nature. But I dont make up my mind about someone and hate them based on first impressions, because everybody has deeper parts to themselves and act different ways in certain situations. So, I can be judgemental, but overall, no Im not.
Also, when I "judge" people, it is usually by their actions and/or personality. If they dont seem like nice people, I wont hate them but I wont pursue a friendship either.

Im a pessimist. I havent always been, I used to find the good in everything. But a few years ago, when I got diagnosed with depression, I just saw the negative in everything. I try my best to be positive as much as possible, especially when Im talking to other people (no one likes the depressing, negative girl)... But, honestly, underneath everything, I believe everythig is pointless and pretty crap.
