Other than Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) there's not a person in particular, and I don't really think of them as "people".. for example the books I read, the music I listen to, the anime I watch, have a massive influence on me as a person because even if what they do is fictional it still connects somehow to reality, and it affects my personality and my decisions in mostly everything :D
