Well rn i feel like absolute shit. The person i trusted says that im done with them like wtf i never said that. Im so angry and sad that i cant sleep im just laying here balling my eyes out. I havent slept more than 5 hours in the past 4 days. Every time i breath i can feel my heart smash a little more each time. I cant even sit still rn. I feel like im gonna puke. My head is spinning and i cant stop thinking about every bad thing thats ever happened. I just have so much shit going through my head rn that its overwhelming. And no dont say oh she prolly just on her period cuz im not. Yes i will admit that im bipolar but thats not why this is happening. I feel like im a horrible judge of character. See this is why i cant trust people anymore. I dont even trust my parents. Its that bad. But u know what. Ik what y'all are gonna say.
