How are you guys doing today
Ugh. Pretty shitty. Made some mistakes last night that I majorly regret.
How do you control you anger?
I just try to be calm and remind myself that I’ll regret what I do. I have a huge problem with not wanting to hurt people, so I remind myself that my anger will hurt them.

Yeah, I’ve had mine. It’s not that bad. I remember being scared too, but I didn’t even know I had it the first month, it was so light. It wasn’t til the second month when I got it again that I was like, wait a minute. This must be my period. But, it’s not that bad. Really. You’ll be fine. :)
