if we're talking about legalities, i'm all for it. i personally don't plan on doing it but that doesn't mean na other people shouldn't have the right to choose whether or not they want to bring a baby into this world.

Pro-abortion. That doesn't mean I support people doing it again and again and again. If that's the case, they should be using contraceptives.
I believe it should be accessible to those who cannot afford to raise a child, especially when they conceived at such a young age.
Why subject the child with such environment, with inexperienced (most of the time unwilling) parents? Isn't exposing the child on the idea of them being unwanted more cruel than anything?
