How does it depend?

I mean, If the difference between you and him or you and her was more than 5 or 6 years it will be so hard to deal with the situation, cause you will be older than him or her, you may not understand what she or he is going thorough.
I think that the perfect difference between a guy and a girl is from 3 to 4 years. :)

If you could change something about yourself, what would it be and why do you wanna change it?

My laziness. It is the only thing that stops me from being truly happy. I know I have important things to do but I just don't move a finger to make them even though I know that I will have deep regrets after.

Confront him. It may be that he likes you too but doesn't say so because he thinks you're best friends, either way you need to find out how he feels and he needs to know how you feel. Especially if you're best friends. Act more loving/romantic towards him, and see how he reacts. If he doesn't display any interest in having more than a best friendship with you, leave it at that.
We often "fall in love" with people that we are close to, simply because of proximity and how we get along. Try focusing your attention on another guy if you're truly afraid of ruining your friendship. I promise that your feelings will change with time, but only if you let them.

How can i make a girl fall for myself?

Umm ok wait
- Stay on the phone with her even if she's not saying anything
- When she's mad hug her tight and don't let go
- When she says she's ok don't believe it, talk with her because 10 yrs later she'll remember you
- Call her at 12:00am on her birthday to tell her you love her
- Treat her like she's all that matters to you
- Stay up all night with her when she's sick
- Watch her favorite movie with her or her favorite show even if you think it's stupid
- Give her the world.
- Let her wear your clothes
- When she's bored and sad, hang out with her
- Let her know she's important.
- Don't talk about other girls around her
- Kiss her in the pouring rain
- When she runs up to you crying, the first thing you say is:
"Whose a*s am i kicking baby?" :)
