What would you say to someone who was thinking about cutting?
Trust me, I've been there and it isn't nice, It does become addictive and there are better ways to deal with stuff other then self harm. Talk to someone you trust a lot!! If you do cut then tell someone you know you can trust. But don't do it because its not nice, to risky, and becomes addictive. Instead of cutting put a hair tie on your wrist and every time you want to cut fling your self with the hair tie, or every time you want to cut think of someone who love and how much it could hurt them along with you
And overall, don't do it, if the wrong people find out (if the person cuts) then shits going down
