You know you can do it. You just need to set your goals. Think of how you'll look like after you lose weight. Think of how confident you'll become after you do so, do it for yourself not for others! For your own sake, and health. Be strong and eat healthy. It's easier than you think. Instead of white bread eat brown bread, instead of eating a cupcake eat a muffin. & dieting does not mean starving yourself, choose your food wisely. You have to eat well. Exercise daily & eat the right kinds of food.
If you miss someone, simply tell them. Forget about the rules or the fear of looking ridiculous. What is truly ridiculous is passing up on an opportunity to tell someone what you honestly feel<3.
