I've been pretty consistent on eating well and working out more. During the weekdays I've been getting up earlier to workout and trying to sleep earlier as well. Consistency and discipline has been key for me. I'm trying to be a little more strict on myself during the week so I have my nights and weekends free to enjoy sports and fun.
