From what I know about it and from a few people I know it seems like a pretty nice set of beliefs. I don't agree with it but I guess some of what the bible teaches can make you a better person if you follow them. Obviously there's people who use the religion as a weapon or people who try to force it down your throat but the religion on a whole isn't a bad thing.
