What are your thoughts on Ocean's most well known ADR directors,Karl Willems and James Corrigall?

Willems did direct the Death Note dub, one of my favorite English dubs. But... he also directed some of the Ocean years of DBZ. But that also included the first three DBZ movie dubs! I guess he's kind of a mixed bag overall. Corrigal directed the Black Lagoon dub, one of my other favorite anime English dubs. But... he also directed that lackluster Gundam 00 dub. I think what I'm trying to say is, Ocean is a very inconsistent studio.
