I bought a house without knowing it was on protected land, nobody wants to own it so i decided to rent it out and listed things the township told me i couldn't do and the tenants agreed with the regulations, they can do stuff outside but they can't dig holes or do anything deemed property damage

Let it run out banks are jerks sometimes if you decide to pay it off, we always do mortgages even though we can afford to buy the house outright
