What's the #1, most important, do-not-be-ignored piece of advice you'd give anyone trying to write a doorstopper sized epic fantasy series?

Really ask yourself if the story needs to be a doorstopper sized epic fantasy series

You know, with all the reviews you've done of books, where you put fragments of the text in many of them, I'm pretty surprised you haven't received any copyright claims, as far as I know. Is it because publishing houses haven't read your blog or just because of luck?

I don't know if publishers actually care about that. If they do, they almost certainly haven't seen my blog. My readership is very small.

HOw long do you sleep?

I can't tell whether this was written by a serial killer or a sentient AI.
(Generally a long time, I have chronic fatigue and I need my sleepy-times)

I've found out that one of my coworkers is a neo Nazi. So far, he hasn't openly shared his views on Nazism, nor does he seem to do anything illegal. Still, I don't really know how to interact with him, or how to process the fact if his ideology. Any advice?

Depends on what your interactions with him are like.
Nazis and their ilk often love getting challenged, because it gives them a chance to grandstand and some of them are good at winning debates (or appearing to). If you can get away with just not interacting with the guy, that's probably the way to go, for your own sake
If that's not an option, I'd go to HR or a manager or whatever you've got in your workplace and tell them you don't feel comfortable working with Mr Nazi. If you've got some sort of proof of his views, they might just fire him and solve the problem that way.
I was briefly in an office environment where one guy didn't want to be around another guy due to opinions he held (among other things). Our manager was sympathetic and worked out something that both kept the peace and made the first guy happy, but she actually cared about her employees, which seems like an uncommon situation.

I don't know if you're paying attention to the Bohemian Rhapsody film, but it's being criticized because it will not show Freddie Mercury as gay and will not say anything about AIDS. That's a huge part of FM personality, so you'd think the movie will be any good after that? Probably not.

I knew about the AIDS thing, but I didn't know they were leaving his sexuality out of it completely. That seems, uh. Not good.
Based on the trailers, it will probably end up like most airbrushed biographical movies of famous people, in that it will get generally favorable reviews, be hailed by a few big-name critics as The Best Movie Of The Year, and then vanish from view the moment it stops playing in cinemas.
