I look at a lot of pics of fit people and all these fitspo vids!! like I wanna be like them hahah and I do have fit friends too :)
when I'm cold or when I'm coughing
hahaha you're kidding! nothing much honestly, for arms at least. just usually bicep curls & tricep dips! but usually i just run 1/2 km then stretch, then sit ups, russian twists & crazy ivans all with weight plates, mountain climbers with push ups, hip lifts, side plank leg lifts, curls and dips, & squats!!! squats with weights (barbell & dumbbells) :) then end with a stretch!
haha honestly i don't eat THAT healthily either but i try my best. i guess less carbo and more veggies are always good, and ofc protein!
workout wise i usually do a little cardio before each workout to warmup, followed by workouts for whatever part of my body i'm working that day (abs/legs/arms) yeah just don't forget to cardio and stretch :) push until you can't anymore! sore > sorry
