All have temper limits. Some might have a nervous breakdown if they didn't act out their anger in it's fair moment, and some who obviously don't. When is (enough is enough) for you? What type of expression would you rather be taking when it comes to temper, is it verbal or physical?
First of all, enough is enough depends on the person's patience bu obviously when it comes to anger there's nothing but flames of dragons.
Second, I use both verbal and physical because i don't have much control over my "extreme" anger
