Do you trust yourself enough to stand in front of audience and make a random presentation or to talk about random topics ? How do you think we can gain this trust and not to be afraid or shaking doing things like this ? -MF-
Oh my gosh! No! Absolutely not!
But my teachers used to tell me I do good presentations. And everyone knows I suck at topics.
It's all psychology. You see, if you believe in yourself that you'll do great and all that, you'll definitely find yourself filled confidence when you're preforming a presentation or while talking randomly. But If you're gonna keep saying "I'm gonna suck" and blah blah, you'll either really suck or screw it up or it'll be acceptable. So it's all about you convincing yourself that you'll do good and just go with the flow.
I know that was contradictive, but I have reasons for this that I do not wish to share.
