can you please give us a broad step by step on how to polish a shutter like Gentry's? I've been looking online and have only seen ones that polish the entire yoyo but not only a section of it (like Gentry's). I'm new to this, so if you could help me that would be great!

Yes it will. Wiggle the bearing. Don't try to pull it off. If you want to send it back to us we can remove it and send you a video of us removing it.

I can't get the bearing out of my cypher... I'm using the tool but it's so tight.
Most slip on quite easily. At worst a little wiggle in removal more than that email contact@yoyofactory.com
