Why are some yo-yo more expensive than the others? For example a Superstar is more expensive than Shutter, eventhough they are both made of the same material(aluminium) and has the same playing style.

Usually because we pay more for them.

My CT bearing is really really loud, louder than the first time i had it, is this normal?

It changes with use. It may get quieter also

I kind of disagree with what you guys are saying about the new Northstars not cracking. I replaced mine 3 times, and three of them were the new run. They all cracked. This is such an amazing yoyo, I'd hate to invest in it again just for it to crack and break. Have you made changes to fix this since?

If you break them then you shouldn't buy them or you should change what you are doing with them. I'm saying we, and most users, don't have a problem.
If we did we would not produce them. It would be more trouble than it was worth.
They are not indestructible and do not come with lifetime unconditional warranties.

Some, of the first run of 1000 pieces cracked. After that 1000s were sold without any problem.

Yes. Gold cost a lot more.
It is made to tighter tolerances and for better or worse spins amazing but doesn't last as long.

That detour looks amazing. That is what I'm spending my money on. Any price range ideas?

No. Gentry's Dad coined the term tooHOT last year (and even then we already had the name selected!)
