How can pros hit 10 minute sleepers no problem when I have trouble hitting 4 minutes. Is it technique or something?

There is NO ned in the world for your sleeper to last longer than 4 minutes. To throw a 10min sleeper requires stupid technique.
Just play with the yoyo.

Looking beyond its awesome price tag, where do you think the Shutter fits in amongst your performance yoyos? Is it solid-to-floaty? Good at grinding? Takes plane-changes well? Where is it between nimble and heavy? We know it's a great model for those on the budget, but why should pros like it?

It's definitely an all-rounder. Not too much if anything. Very well balanced. Price was not a consideration of design.

What method do you guys recommend to clean our bearings?

Something non toxic. If you are old enough and use harmful stuff dispose if it thoughtfully ( not down the drain)

I got the New Supernova the first day it came out, Red Crossete, but it is not binding. I love it, but I don't know what to do. New response? Lube it again?

Work on your bind technique. You can lube it if you want tug response but not coming back is usually technique

I just got a new supernova last Sunday, and yesterday it got really loud. Is this normal ? Ps is there any thing I can do to my catalyst with hubstacks the same thing happened ?

Clean the bearing?
