Brazil isn't easy. Massive import taxes do not assist a foreign brand promoting. Because of this we do not have any plans right now to enter the market.

That's your choice. I'd clean and lube it, then play it in. I'd also sen an email to contact@yoyofactory.com just letting them know incase the bearing is a dud.
I asked the question about oversized yo-yos earlier. You produce Flea, Superwide and such, so you seem to like variety in your models. Is there a reason you do not produce any ovesized? Don't sell well?

are the caps supposed to be loose on the new Delrin Severe? They rattled around a bunch for me, so I ripped them out. Good yoyo otherwise
crimp the edge of the cap in a pair of pliers. The small tab is big enough to stop in moving. Personally I like the caps in for the extra 2gm of weight.

For two precision spinning discs we do not consider them expensive. If you don't see value in them but something with a lower price.
