Luis initially selected the orange (heaviest) genesis as it allowed him to hit his longest combos. After his 1st prelim we advised him to switch as it took away his dynamic speed. He went for the pink splash for semis and all pink for finals.

One is undersized and exotic, one is pretty middle of the road full sized. Whatever best suits your style or needs in your case as far of yoyos to play

It has taken place in Yokohama,Tokyo and even Moscow in recent years but this year there will be no 44clash

No, that is the point where it was factory tested and approved as smooth. If you find a different point or move the axle you can use it there too
