no, but if you all ham fistedly smash the spacers into the bearing seat you can compromise the precision. If you dont look after your yoyos buy something more friendly to your behavior.

The spacers on my yoyo came broken out of the package the store has a no return policy and when I checked yoyo expert the, had none left what should I do

eh, it is pretty consistent. The push for performance scores is a bit of a joke when straight tech wins out but finding a balance is tough.

When I took off both shields on my loop 900 whenever I apply lube and I use it for 5 minutes and unscrew it and the spacers all wet. Anyway to avoid lube leaking out?
no and you don't want to. That goey mess is what makes it all work.
