what size axle does the velocity use mine has become really wiggly any fixes?

Just tighten the yoyo. Axles hold the yoyo together when screwed tight.

Are there any advantages to using a flat bearing?

Definitely. Larger flat allows more strings to slide on the bearing. The ability to grab more response in the corners gives rejections and binds and edge too. Gaps got bigger, bearings mechanically less response and now people are using fatter string to replace everything that already existed*. Go figure. (*other characteristics of fat string also acknowledged)

Why do most yoyos nowdays have C sized bearings? Would you ever consider D size for a new design, or do a special edition of existing yoyo?

If you can Make a valid reason why then Perhaps we would consider it but we haven't found one. They play yucky. Most people agree in the long run

Where do you see yoyo design heading in the future?

The commercial design considerations are not the future. Players have a bad habit of being slow to catch onto good design trends and many follow bad trends in buying, which distorts process. Generic designs sell. Progressive designs are shunned, despite the fact the future will be one of these trends. So I'm not going to say the future is something specific, but it isn't in the mainstream and the typical designs, despite them selling. Radical stuff is the future. At least we hope so anyway and rejoice seeing new and exciting yoyos from any brand.

Because we have no idea what the song is and would use an ap to answer the question.
We get a lot of questions we Google the answer for too.
