hi yyf i would like to ask why yoyoexpert has more colourways on their shutter compare to the stall in asia? eg:yoyorewind, 28spin, etc... i really like silver shutter

Yoyoexpert ordered more when they were available. So they have stock now. Other stores order less and only have latest colors

Not actually a question, but I wanted to say how fantastic I think it is that you make yoyos for all players. For very beginners to pros and also for people who can't spend big bucks. No other company is as considerate as you in this respect.

It doesn't matter what we thinks. It matters what the users think. Gentry just won worlds on a shutter. Do you need more YOYO to do tricks? There is no shame in saying yes :-)

would it be possible/would you recommend polishing the steel rims of the space cowboy with nevr-dull?

Stainless steel doesn't really go full. I mean it can be polished but that's a mechanical act

Someone posted about YoyoFactory Europe coming to an end. That's news to me. Are are you making cuts because we don't buy enough throws? Are sales less than in the past? Should buyers step it up?

No, we are just changing the way we do business. It will be better for everyone as we will operate as one big entity and gain in scale.

Do the steel rings on the Genesis greatly alter the way it plays in comparison to previous Genesis?

The weight on Genesis is always in the same area. We didn't reinvent the wheel here and certainly haven't been pushing bimetal design based on the belief a single material can achieve near similar play. However turns out it dies offer a different feel. Worth the $$$ maybe not but glad we could offer the choice.

so 2014 Genesis, I love Genesis is in general. Is a full release in our close future? As in this year?

probably not. If space cowboy was flying out of stores we would be willing to release more at that price point. People are hesitant so we can't proceed with Genesis yet.

are you guys legally obligated to engrave 'made in china' on all of your yoyos made in china?

It varies by country but we generally mark everything made in China as made in China . Our made in USA production is less broadly distributed and not child focused so we tend not to mark all made in USA as such.

Are we sure? No, we don't even know a lot of them. It's a time of transition but for now the first thing to do is open arms. Typically we discuss sponsorship offers annually so every player will be invited into a conversation about their future and what re we play in that. That isn't just for europe but our whole team.

Any update on AZ States? Also how much would it cost to enter? I heard there was like a $20 one time fee to enter any contest and I'd also have to pay the regular contest fee or something. I'm not sure but I'd like this to be my fist contest where I compete.

And every metal YOYO is 'just some reshaped coke cans'. Either you appreciate it or you don't. I'm not saying some people don't have a taste for performance differences but if you try a yoyo expecting something that's probably the experience you will have, which sux for you. Try it. Feel it. Make up your own mind. We are pretty confident in the performance of space cowboy and believe at its price it outperforms anything available.
