New year new semester~ it's gonna be a hectic one since we've a lot to do and its a short semester ;-; I'm trying to cut off unhealthy food this year, at least eat less of them but that's just me trying haha~ how about you? I don't. I switch off my wifi and data when I sleep. I did switch on music when I'm especially emotional or when I have very bad sleep paralysis though.
