What im trying to say about "She is not yet ready for any commitment that's why she's afraid to take any risk" is that maybe that person has trust issues already. Thus, in every step of a problem, she easily gives up.
"Why not give this guy a try" -maybe because of how you show your love towards her just to win her and with that, she break her rules for you ug maong GISUGOT KA. And you know what? a woman with rules in her life probably has a high standards to the point that when she's dealing with any sort of problem, her ego will convince her saying "You don't deserve that" "Don't settle for anything less".

Maybe bc of what they have felt that tends them to overthink about everything. And when overthinking strikes, that's when a person creates negative scenarios. Or maybe that person is not yet ready for commitment that's why he/she is afraid to take any risk.
